Статья представляет сравнительный анализ правовых механизмов защиты прав пациентов с психическими расстройствами в системах здравоохранения Великобритании, Канады и России, с учетом международных стандартов, таких как Конвенция ООН о правах инвалидов (CRPD, 2006).

The article presents a comparative analysis of the legal mechanisms for protecting the rights of patients with mental disorders in the healthcare systems of Great Britain, Canada and Russia, taking into account international standards such as the UNConvention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD, 2006).
